A spray head of a hand-held shower for washing people or objects, comprising a brush which can be mounted so as to be exchangeable on the spray head in a positive-locking manner or with frictional engagement. Furthermore, a washing agent bearer made of a porous medium, such as nonwoven or sponge, can be mounted on the spray head, which washing agent bearer dispenses the washing agent to the water emerging from the spray head.
