A device is disclosed to measuring a function of the time limited assembly in order to select a product of a good quality in a stable operation execution. The device characterizes that respective terminals of the time limited assembly are connected to an amplifier, an attenuator, relay switches, etc. respectively, which one terminal among them receives the supply power through a comparator and a relay switch; an output signal of the comparator is applied to A/D converter; output terminals of the attenuator and the amplifier are connected to a comparator, an output terminal of this comparator being connected with a counter and a latch respectively; an electric current supplier is connected with A/D converter of a resistance measuring circuit and one terminal of the time limited assembly; and transistors are controlled by a program stored in a controller.
