PURPOSE:To simultaneously measure salt concentration and sugar concentration with the same apparatus for solution in a state in which salt and sugar content are mixed. CONSTITUTION:A liquid reservoir 11 in which a totally reflecting surface 71 of an optical prism 7 forms a bottom part, is provided. Electrodes 12, 12' are provided at the sidewall of the reservoir 11. A sensor 11 is formed out of them. A driver 4 for transmitting a pulse voltage to the electrodes 12, 12' is provided. A light emitting unit 72 is provided at one surface side of the prism 7, and a photoreceiver 73 is provided at the other side. Control means 2 which has measuring means 21 for detecting a voltage based on an ion current generated at the electrodes 12, 12', A/D-converting means 24 for converting a quantity of totally reflected luminous flux detected by the photoreceiver 73, ROM means 23, an MPU 22, etc., is provided. Display means 3 for displaying a salt concentration and sugar concentration based on signals from the means 2 is provided. |
