The light radiator with compact fluorescent lamp for increasing the illumination intensity is made up of a reflector, the luminescent body and the electrical part, the reduction in the beam outlet angle for the preferred use for subject illumination at close range being achieved by means of the highly reflective circular truncated cone reflector in conjunction with the device/arrangement of the housing sleeve and, anchored therein, the luminous body with the electrical part. The disclosed device is further distinguished by the fact that the housing sleeve engages over at the small reflector opening, that the base (cap) of the luminous body is enclosed there almost completely, the range of the opening angle of 40 to 50 DEG , and the dimensions of the opening of the truncated cone and the length of the reflector axis.
