PURPOSE:To provide a call redirection (incoming call transfer) function when a called subscriber accommodation station and a relay station are not in operation with respect to the configuration where a host and terminal equipments are connected by the virtual call (opposite party selection) system in a packet exchange network. CONSTITUTION:A center station 5 have station data 7 to be stored in the station to store a redirect address of a sub host 3 corresponding to a center host 2 and a caller station 4 is provided with a 1st other station subscriber redirect address 8 and a transfer station 6 is provided with a 2nd other station subscriber redirect address 9, the center station 5 stores a redirect address of the sub host corresponding to a redirect source subscriber 2 and discriminates it when the relay of a caller request packet to a called subscriber accommodation station 5 is detected or discriminates a point of time when a recovery request packet for network congestion caused by interrupt is noticed before end of setup to the caller terminal equipment 1 to make call redirection to the sub host 3. |
