Recording and projection device for a cine film

A recording device for a cine fim and a device for projecting a cine film (100) are provided which develop little noise due to the film advance. A cine film (100) is advanced on an image base, with the result that the film is advanced when it is clamped in between a drag roller (45) and a rotating roller (48) and such that the film advance is stopped when an oscillation coil (moving coil) (43) is driven to move the drag roller (45) away from the rotation roller (48). A recording unit (30) records an image of the cine film each time the film advance is stopped. In this way, recording can be carried out with extremely little noise developing due to the film advance. The same kind of film advance is carried out during the projection of each image, and each image is likewise projected by a projection unit (70) each time the film advance is stopped. Thus, a projection can likewise be carried out with extremely little noise developing due to the film advance. <IMAGE>
