摘要 A wheel speed sensor of simple design outputs a signal, which is used to measure the speed of a wheel, without interference (noise) due to displacement of rotating components. A housing is provided on a support element of a suspension mechanism. The support element carries a bearing which supports a wheel shaft. At least one stationary tooth is constructed in a projecting fashion on an inner surface of the housing. Arranged in the interior of the housing is an annular coil, and a rotatable yoke component is accommodated in the housing and can rotate together with the wheel shaft. The yoke component has a shaft which is inserted into a centre hole of the annular coil and into a component which extends in a radial direction, and extends through the centre hole of the annular coil in such a way that a gap is formed between one end of the shaft and a wall of the housing. At least one rotatable tooth is formed on the outer circumference of the radially extending component, with the result that a second gap is produced between the rotatable tooth and the stationary tooth. A magnet forms part of the shaft. A magnetic flux generated by the magnet forms a loop surrounding the annular coil owing to the fact that it extends through the shaft, the radially extending component, the second gap, the housing and the first gap, with the result that in the annular coil a voltage signal having a periodic variation which [lacuna] a speed of rotation of the wheel ...
