PURPOSE:To enable customers who wait to utilize a clerk-unattended automatic device such as an automatic teller machine to utilize it in order by issuing order tickets to the customers. CONSTITUTION:A customer device 2 is provided in front of the automatic teller machine 6. This customer device 2 is provided with a customer sensor 21 which detects a customer utilizing the automatic teller machine 6, a DIP switch 22 for inputting the operation mode of the automatic teller machine 6, and a display part 24 for paging the customer. Further, a ticket issuing device issues an order ticket given a reference number to the customer. When the customer sensor 21 detects the customer leaving the automatic teller machine 6, the reference number of a next customer is displayed and paged by using the display paging device, etc. |
