PURPOSE:To obtain the product plan generating device which can adjust sewing-side conditions and production-side conditions to optimum conditions in a relatively short time. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of a target product plan setting part 1 which sets target product plans for plural products to be produced in a certain period so that the selling-side conditions are met respectively, a target manufacture plan generation part 2 which generates a neck process target manufacture plan wherein the manufacture start days of the respective target product plans are postponed to the start point of a neck process of a production line, a manufacture plan generation part 3 which generates plural candidates for the neck process manufacture plan wherein the manufacture start days of the product plans generated as to the products so that the production-side conditions are met are postponed to the start point of the neck process, a manufacture plan selection part 4 which selects one of the candidates on the basis of target satisfaction indexes indicating the deviations of the neck process target manufacture plan from the candidates, and a product plan determination part 5 which determines the respective product plans of the products according to the selected candidate. Consequently, the selling-side conditions and production-side conditions are adjusted to the optimum conditions in a relatively short time. |
