PURPOSE:To provide a method for detecting the position and the speed of the moving coil in an induction actuator simultaneously and a method for controlling the position and the speed using the detection method. CONSTITUTION:In an induction actuator wherein the exciting coils 2, 3 and a moving coil 5 shares a closed path core 1 and thrust is generated from the moving coil 5 by feeding current to the exciting coils, speed and position of the moving coil 5 are estimated simultaneously based on the real and imaginary parts of impedance viewed from the exciting coil 2, 3 side. |
