PURPOSE:To increase a resistance value accuracy and to ensure a function as a petentiometer even if a crack appears in a resistor. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 37 is stacked on first electrodes 33, 34 formed simultaneously with a conductor pattern 31 for stopping a motor through thin second electrodes 35, 36. The second electrodes 35, 36 are so positioned that ends 35a, 36a of the second electrodes may agree with or be near ends 33b, 34b of the first ones. With the ends of the first electrodes used as a reference, a resistance value accuracy of a resistor pattern for a potentiometer 30 to the conductor pattern for stopping a motor is determined. The resistor 37 is about twice as wide as the first electrodes 33, 34 and the second electrodes 35, 36 have the width same as or larger than that of the resistor 37. Even if the first electrodes 33, 34 and the resistor 37 are electrically cut off due to a crack, nearly the same resistance value characteristic can be provided due to the contact between the second electrodes 35, 36 and the resistor 37. |
