PURPOSE:To measure substance to be measured without using reagent by providing an injection unit of gas for separating the substance to be measured at a separator of the side for feeding sample water. CONSTITUTION:A separating tank 11 has upper and lower layers separated by a gas permeating film 12, sample water 15 is fed from the upstream side to the lower layer 13 by a water supply pump 13, and discharged from the downstream side. An air injector 16 is provided in the bottom of the lower layer 13, and air is blown by an air pump 17. Carrier 20 is fed to the upper layer 18 by a water supply pump 19. A detector 21 such as an electric conductometer, etc., is provided at its downstream side. In this case, a pump 14 is driven to blow the air into the water 15. Substance to be measured in the water 15 is moved to the air, moved to the layer 18 through the film 12 to be absorbed to the carrier 20, and introduced into the detector 21 to be detected. Thus, a measurement which does not need reagent at all and posttreatment can be conducted. |
