PURPOSE:To suppress surge voltage of switching element at the time of commutation by equalizing the current flowing through each switching element and decreasing the reactance of conductors interconnecting the switching elements. CONSTITUTION:Rectanqular heat dissipation plates 7 and pairs of interval stripe pieces 8 are superposed alternately and tightened by means of studs 13 having opposite threaded ends thus constituting a heat sink 6. A DC bus conductor 19 and an AC bus conductor 21A are inserted through an insulating board 15B into the intermediate of the heat sink 6 on one side thereof. A DC bus conductor 20 and an AC bus conductor 21B are inserted through an insulating board 15B into the intermediate part of the heat sink 6 on the other side thereof. Switching elements 1, 2 fixed to the heat sink 6 are connected with the DC bus conductors 19, 20 and the AC bus conductors 21A, 21B, respectively, through DC conductors 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B and AC conductors 5A1, 5A2, 5B. |
