CONJUGATED BIODHESIVES

摘要

Biocompatible adhesive conjugates useful in binding surfaces in the presence of water, methods of forming and using those adhesives are disclosed. The conjugates comprise a first proteinaceous substance having the ability to exhibit adhesive properties and a substantially non-antigenic polymeric substance. Uses of the novel conjugates including methods of affixing viable cells to substrates and methods of joining living tissue.
