Claimed is a wrapping arrangement for recycling used newspapers. The wrapper is a cruciform array of e.g. thin cardboard of stiff paper and inserted within a wire box frame to form a cubic receptacle whose closing flaps incorporate string ties. The used newspapers are collected until the receptacle is filled, and then tied up with string.
