PURPOSE:To improve printing resistance by using a specified polymer, a specified monomer or oligomer and a photopolymn. initiator. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive compsn. contains a polymer having at least one kind of group represented by formula I or II in the side chains, a monomer or oligomer having at least two photopolymerizable ethylenic unsatd. double bonds and a photopolymn. initiator. In the formulae I, II, each of R1-R3 is H, halogen atom, carboxyl, sulfone, nitro, cyano, amido, amino, alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, aryloxy, alkylamino, arylamino, alkylsulfonyl or arylsulfonyl group, Z is O, S atom, -NH- or NR'- (R' is alkyl group), and (n) is 0 or an integer of >=1. The monomer or oligomer is preferably used by 5-50% of the amt. of the compsn. and in 0.5/9.5-5/5 weight ratio to the polymer. |
