A device for rotating a spray arm of a dish washer includes an oscillating spray nozzle installed on a spray arm and oscillating by rotating a spray arm to clockwise/counter clockwise by the spraying of cleaning water; a closing member installed in the spray arm, thereby moving with the spray arm and selectively blocking the oscillating spray nozzle; a guider installed in connection with the closing member, penetrating a guiding long hole of the spray arm, thereby moving with the closing member; and a fixing member fixed at the frame for selectively connecting the guiding member in case of the movement of the spray arm and thus confining the movement scope of the spray arm.
