FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a preparation used in treatment of mycosis and suppurative infections in animals and humans. The preparation represents propolis 10% alcoholic tincture containing additionally ichthyol in the concentration 8-12% of solution volume. Composition consisting of propolis alcoholic extract and ichthyol is used topically with break for 0.5-1 day. Invention provides enhancing effectiveness in treatment of mycosis complicated by suppurative infection and to reduce treatment period. ^ EFFECT: enhanced and valuable medicinal properties of preparation. ^ 4 tbl, 2 ex
