PURPOSE:To continuously form high-quality spacer plate at high speed by forming the adhesive layer of an adhesive necessary for the lamination of the spacer plates on the top ends of respective formed resinous ribs. CONSTITUTION:The device for producing a spacer plate is provided with a resin feeder 4, a stencil paper feeder 5, and an adhesive layer forming device 8. An adhesive is continuously coated on the top end of the resinous rib 6 transferred on the transfer stencil paper W by a roll coater 12 in the adhesive layer forming device 8. The stencil paper W with the transferred resinous rib 6 is reversed and introduced into the roll coater 12 through a goup of rollers, the stencil paper W coated with the adhesive is again reversed to place the resinous rib 6 on the upper surface, and sent out. As a result, the adhesive layer of an adhesive necessary for the lamination of the spacer plates can be continuously formed in uniform thickness on the top ends of the formed resinous ribs. Accordingly, a high-quality spacer plate can be continuously formed at high speed. |
