PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive strength between a photosensitive layer and a silicone gum layer by forming the silicone gum layer provided on the photosensitive layer of the silicone gum composition contg. an organo polysiloxane and a reactive aromatic aminosilane compd. as essential components. CONSTITUTION:The silicone gum layer contains as a main component, a linear org. polysiloxane having a mol.wt. of thousands to hundreds of thousands and also a repeating unit shown by the formula. In the formula, R<3> is 1-10C an alkyl or a phenyl group and is preferably >=60% methyl group. The adhesive strength between the photosensitive layer and the silicone gum layer is improved and is maintained without depressing said strength after a lapse of long period by substituting a part or a whole of a crosslinking agent with the reactive aromatic aminosilane compd., namely, the reactive aminosilane compd. having an aromatic nucleus in a molecule or its partial hydrate. |
