A roll cutter for manufacturing a pin seal, a method for manufacturing the pin seal using the same, and a vane pin seal manufactured by the same are provided to reduce manufacturing cost and time by machining two side surfaces of a pin seal material with the roll cutter. A roll cutter has a predetermined thickness, and is shaped like a disk where a plurality of grinding ends are formed. The grinding ends face a curvature end(310) of a vane pin seal(30). The vane pin seal is fixed to a vane of a turbine. The pin seal is shaped like a toothed-wheel. The pin seal is manufactured by machining two side surfaces of a pin seal material with the roll cutter which is rotating at high speed. |
