METHOD FOR PRODUCING SHOE SOLE FOR GOLF OF DIFFERENT TYPES BY USING THE SAME MOLD

PURPOSE:To make it possible to use a common lower metal mold for shoe soles for golf of different types by using the lower metal mold formed with recessed parts for points on the base of the central ground contact member- forming recessed parts of the metal mold and fitting point type supporting members supporting nuts for inserts into these recessed parts for points. CONSTITUTION:The lower metal mold 10 formed with the recessed parts 9 for points having the same shape as the shape of the points 5 is commonly used for the base of the central ground contact member-forming recessed parts 8 of the metal mold for forming the central ground contact members 3 in the case of production of the shoe soles for golf of a point type or spike type. The central ground contact members 3 are molded by the lower metal mold 10 and the upper metal mold in the case of the shoe sole for golf of the point type. The point type supporting members 11 having the heads of the same shape as the shape of the points fitting the nuts 6 for insert are fitted into the recessed parts 9 for point of the lower metal mold 10 and closed mold casting is executed to mold the central ground contact parts 3 in the case of the shoe sole for golf of the spike type.
