PURPOSE:To improve portability by a method wherein in a portable pump container for storing cosmetic liquid such as milky lotion, a skirt member and a cylinder member are rotated relative to each other to move a pressing piece retractively so that a drop of cosmetic liquid can be taken out by the pressing action of the pressing piece. CONSTITUTION:A portable pump container 1 includes a container body 2 which has the constitution such that if a pressing piece 14 is depressed and released, a liquid stored in the body 2 is taken out from a nozzle 21 drop by drop, and the body 2 is encapsulated in a casing body 3. The casing body 3 includes a skirt member 4, a helical member 6 which is fitted in the member 4 and which has a helical groove 5 formed in the inner wall thereof, and a cylinder member 7 whose lower end is rotatably provided within the member 6 and whose upper end protrudes upwardly of the upper end of the member 4. And an engaging pin 10 provided on a dish member 9 for supporting the body 2 is engaged with a notch 8 of the member 7 and the groove 5, whereby if the member 4 and the member 7 are rotated relative to each other, the pressing piece 14 is moved retractively. |
