CONSTITUTION:Waste paper-opened pulp obtained by dry opening of waste paper is mixed with air flow to spray the mixture onto a revolving and, air- permeable endless belt 2 while sucking 5 the air through the back surface of this endless belt to continuously produce the objective mat M compressed on the endless belt, which is transferred onto a flat plate 6 for transference which moves in the advancing direction of this endless belt at a velocity relative to that of the endless belt at the edge face in the advancing direction of the endless belt.
