CONSTITUTION:A face plate is mounted on the surface part of a woody frame 6 to form a panel body 1. A plurality of roof tiles 2 are longitudinally laid on the upper surface part of the panel body 1. Further, as an optional roof tile 2 of the roof tiles 2 a solar battery roof tile 2 having a solar battery part 10 is laid to form a roof panel A with solar battery roof tile.
