<p>PURPOSE: To realize simplification from the viewpoint of manufacturing technology and assembly technology, save materials from the viewpoint of metallic component members at the same time and prevent adverse effects from being brought about upon lock function, function retaining performance and toughness. CONSTITUTION: Almost all the part of a lock plate-shaped body is occupied by a retaining zone part 3, and an auxiliary molded body for holding and mounting a lock system constituting member 4 is provided on this and a lock casing 5 is molded from an injection-molded synthetic resin. In the lock plate-shaped body, a reinforcing material is embedded in the injection-molded synthetic resin. The auxiliary molded body for holding and mounting the lock system constituting member is enclosed with the injection-molded synthetic resin and a bent part of the reinforcing material is embedded in a casing front wall 7 made of the injection molded synthetic resin.</p> |
