摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To produce a composite structural member without the extensional strength being lowered and without being cracked in forging by arranging plural kinds of materials in the radial direction to outside in order of decreasing extensibility and extruding the materials. CONSTITUTION:Plural kinds of materials, reinforcements, etc., are extruded to obtain a composite structural member improved in strength, resistances to wear and corrosion, etc. In this case, metallic grains 2 are arranged outside in the radial direction in an aluminum can 1 and a mixture of the reinforcement grain 3 and the metallic grain 2 inside and filled to prepare the extrusion material. Concretely, a cylindrical member is concentrically arranged in the can 1, the metallic grain 2 is filled in the cylindrical member and a mixture of the metallic grain 2 and the reinforcement grain 3 is filled between the cylindrical member and the can 1, then the cylindrical member is pulled out, and the can is filled. The extrusion material thus formed is compacted, hot-pressed in vacuum with the can closed and then extruded.</p>
