PURPOSE:To easily accomplish switching among plural cutting edges without stopping a machine by supporting plural kinds of cutting edges in such a manner as to freely slide on a support shaft, and oscillating an arbitrary cutting edge in each sliding position to be brought into contact with a drag roller. CONSTITUTION:In the case of bringing a longitudinal perforation cutting edge 5 into contact with a drag roller, an air cylinder 24 is elongated to rotate a driving ring 21 counter-clockwise, and a support ring part 23 connected thereto through a slider is rotated in the same direction to bring the longitudinal perforation cutting edge 5 into contact with a drag roller, thereby perforating a web longitudinally. When the air cylinder is contacted from the above condition, the slider 19 is lowered with the driving ring 21 and support ring parts 22, 23 along a guide shaft 13, so that in this condition, the air cylinder 24 is elongated to rotate the support ring part 22 with the driving ring 21 counter-clockwise, and the slitter cutting edge 3 is brought into contact with the drag roller 2 to longitudinally cut a web. |
