PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom of the place of installation and reutilize retaining heat during air circulation by a method wherein the whole of the configuration of the title unit is formed so as to be compact and so as to have a small width while a refrigerating machine and a condenser coil are installed in a circulating air passage and a supplying air passage. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a machine is partitioned by partitioning plates (a) to form a supplying air chamber A, a fan chamber B, an outdoor air introducing chamber C, a discharging air chamber D and an air circulating chamber E in a vertical row in a vertically long type body 1 and a cooling/heating coil 7, a supplying air fan 9, a circulating air fan 11 and a total heat or a sensitive heat exchanger 12 are installed in respective chambers, further, a refrigerating machine 10 (compressor) is provided in the air circulating chamber E and a condenser coil 13 is provided in the air discharging chamber D to cool the refrigerating machine 10 and heat further the refrigerant in the condenser coil 13 utilizing the hot heat in the circulating air introduced into the machine through an air circulating port 3. In this case, the floor type ventilating unit for air conditioning is constituted of a vertically long rhombic total heat or sensitive heat exchanger 12 or a plurality of vertically long rhombic total heat exchangers 12, which are arranged in parallel. |
