The apparatus mounted on an automatic assembly line, minimizes the rolling and shock of the transferred material when the conveyor is abruptly stopped. The apparatus comprises driving pipe (13) rotated by the motor (15) on the base (11); a pair of driving wheels (17) mounted on the lever (18), rotating under the lower pallet (12) along the rail (16); driving-wheel stopping roller (19) connected to the control bar (24) mounted near the pallet stopping position; approximate switch (21) for detecting the pallet transferring; movable stopper (22) for stopping the pallet transferring, connected to the stopper (23) fixed to the bottom of the pallet.
