<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the exfoliation of a coat and abnormal friction caused by the contact between a slit and the coat by chamfering an angular part in the sliding face of a vane slidably inserted into the slit of a rotor and provided with the coat on the sliding face to a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 4 is disposed through a top clearance 5 in a cylinder 1 with an intake hole 2 and a discharge hole 3 bored therein. A vane 8 with a coat 7 applied thereto is inserted in the freely protruding/receding state into the slit 6 of the rotor 4, and a compression chamber is partitioned by the cylinder 1, the rotor 4 and the vane 8. In this case, the vane 8 is chamfered (11) at the part corresponding to the coat thickness 10 or more out of the sliding face to the slit 6 from a non-sliding part 8a-1 out of the sliding face 8a to the cylinder 1. Accordingly, when the vane 8 is pushed into the slit 6, the contact between the slit 6 and the coat 7 is prevented so as to prevent the exfoliation of the coat 7 and the like.</p> |
