发明名称 METHOD FOR RECOVERING INTERMEDIATE FILM FROM LAMINATED GLASS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To separate intermediate film from glass for reproductive use by a method shearing force is applied to pulverized articles under the state being immersed in liquid having specified specific gravity so as to float intermediate film powder and intermediate film pieces and precipitate glass powder and fine glass pieces by means of the difference in specific gravities in order to separate the intermediate film from the glass. CONSTITUTION:Disused laminated glass 10, which is prepared by interposing thermoplastic resin intermediate film 2 between two panes of glass 1 and 1, is cold ground. The resultant pulverized articles are immersed in the liquid, the specific gravity of which is prepared to be 1.2-1.5, so as to float intermediate film pieces by means of the difference in specific gravities. Further, by lowering the adhesion of glass to the intermediate film pieces, to which fine glass pieces adhere, and, at the same time, physically giving shearing force to pulverized pieces so as to realize the difference between the speed of the shearing force and that of the liquid to be 1.8m/sec or more, fine glass pieces are removed from the intermediate film pieces. By means of the difference between the specific gravity of the liquid and that of the glass and intermediate film, the resultant removed fine glass pieces precipitate and the intermediate film pieces float. Thus, the glass and the intermediate film 2 are separated from each other, resulting in facilitating the recovery of the intermediate film.</p>
