The invention relates to construction elements (1). The elements (1) are superposed and comprise hollow elements (3) each having two upper and lower planar bases, opened and parallel to each other, as well as a plurality of vertical side walls (4) delimiting a central opening (5) so that the superposed openings (5) define a hollow vertical shaft. The upper and lower ridges comprise a perimetric groove intended to receive a binder on coplanar nesting of the elements (1) on top of each other, said ridges comprising at the perimetric groove at least one recess receiving an anchoring and/or securing means, said recess collaborating with a a recess provided in the coplanar and adjacent construction element (1).
