CONSTITUTION:A method for forming a food with a pattern frame by filling a food material into the food material-filling section of the pattern frame and subsequently frame-releasing the formed product having a specific shape is characterized by using a pattern frame 1 capable of discharging a liquid from the inner wall surface of the food material-filling section as the frame, filling the food material 8 into the food material-filling section 2, jetting the liquid from the inner wall surface, and subsequently frame-releasing the formed product 10 from the frame 1. |
