PURPOSE:To re-tape even an electronic part having a short lead. CONSTITUTION:A re-taping apparatus comprises a plurality of supply-separating means 10 for cutting a continuous tape of taped electronic parts 1 with lead into each piece of the electronic part 1 to separate them as individual electronic parts with a tape piece, a tape piece removing means 100 for holding an element part of the electronic part with a tape piece to be engaged with the tape piece for removing the tape piece along a lead of the electronic part with lead, a re-taping means for re-taping the electronic part with lead from which the tape piece is removed and a carrying means 90 for carrying the electronic part with a tape piece to a predetermined means. The tape piece removing means 100 is provided on a rotating body 104 on an upper part of the carrying means, wherein the means 100 comprises a tape piece pull-off jig 119 which is movable along the lead 2 of the electronic part 1 for picking and holding the lead of the electronic part on the carrying means 90, a groove cam 125 for guiding the tape piece pull-off jig 119 to have it moved along the lead of the electronic part and a driving means for driving the tape piece pull-off jig. |
