<p>PURPOSE:To operate the whole apparatus by one worker by constituting a unit type machine tool arranging robots with the machine for rough working and the machine for finish working and arranging as L-shape adjoining each machine to the casting machine. CONSTITUTION:A casting cabinet 3, shake-out and cutting cabinet 4 and finish cabinet 5 are positioned to corners of the shake-out and cutting cabinet 4 and arranged as the plane-view L-shape. Each cabinet 3, 4, 5 is formed by arranging a vertical articulated robot 7 and various kinds of working machines, etc., cooperated with the robot 7 in a box body 6. By arranging the worker in the inner part of a virtual triangle forming the shake-out and cutting cabinet 4 as the unit type machine tool for rough working, the finish cabinet 5 as the unit type machine tool and the casting machine 2 to each vertex, distance which the worker walks, is shortened.</p> |
