PURPOSE:To provide a multilayer injection molding method shortening a molding cycle, enabling the wt. reduction of a molded product while holding the shape stability and strength of the molded product, dispensing with the use of a large quantity of a decomposition type foaming agent and requiring no high pressure gas extracting process. CONSTITUTION:In a method for producing a multilayered injection molded product wherein porous gathered lumps composed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin raw material having an inorg. powder finely dispersed therein are used at least in a internal layer being a foam layer, an aq. medium is used as the foaming agent of the internal layer in an amt. of 0.01-2wt.% to perform injection molding. |
