PURPOSE:To prevent water collected on an inner bottom face of a door from leaking into a cabin from a clearance between a mounting base and a door panel, in a weather strip where this mounting base is clipped to a lower edge of the door panel. CONSTITUTION:In a weather strip 2 equipped with a mounting base 21 to be attached to the lower part of an inner plate 12 of a door panel 1 with a clip 3 and a sealing part 22 to be thrust in by a door opening lower edge 4 of a car body in time of door closing, its structure is featured that two lips 25a and 25b with elasticity are installed projectingly along both ends of the mounting base 21 in the cross direction, and this mounting base 21 comes into contact with the inner plate 12 under pressure via both these lips 15a and 25b. |
