PURPOSE:To ensure a quick form conversion into a vital organism structure when filling to a missing part of a vital organism is made, by forming an artificial filler material from a biodegradable polymer which contains fibrous bud cells. CONSTITUTION:An artificial filler material concerned made from a biodegradable polymer containing fibrous bud cells is used to fill a missing part of a bone, cartilage, skin for decreasing pains and recovering the motion function. The biodegradable polymer should have a fibrous structure and coagulating property, favorable examples thereof are arginic acid, marine plant type viscous substance such as agar, plant-originated gun substance such as gun arabic, pectic acid, plant-originated viscous substance such as aloe, and synthetic polymer such as polyvinyl alcohol. The biodegradable polymer is used in gel form preferably, and its concentration should preferably be 1-2%(W/V) of the solvent. |
