PURPOSE:To insert ceramic in a ceramic insert opening of a carrier surely and at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic insert mechanism comprises a feeder 5 for transporting ceramic 3 to the vicinity of a ceramic insert opening 1 of a carrier 2 and a position detecting means 6 for detecting the position of the ceramic insert port 1 of the carrier 2. Further, the mechanism comprises an air injection means 7 for spraying air to ceramics 3, 3a positioned nearest to the ceramic insert opening 1 only when the ceramic insert opening 1 is put in a designated position (ceramic insert position) suitable for inserting ceramic 3 from the feeder 5 to energize the ceramics 3, 3a to the ceramic insert opening 1. |
