The nacelle (1) has a median section (6) whose internal wheel case (6a) surrounds an air blower (3) of a two-flow turbojet. A downstream rear section (7) has an external structure such as fixed cowl, that is rigidly connected, in a ferrule, to a downstream part of the wheel case to support the turbojet. An attachment unit joins the nacelle to a pylon (12) i.e. mast, that is intended to be connected to a fixed structure e.g. wing (13), of an aircraft. The turbojet is connected to the pylon by a fixed upstream structure of a reverse thrust device such as grid reverser.
