PURPOSE:To obtain a resin compsn. which does not gel during melt molding by compounding a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a specific polyamide, a hinderd phenol, and an aliph. carboxylic acid salt in a specified ratio, and to provide a coextrusion laminate of the compsn. with a polyamide. CONSTITUTION:This resin compsn. is prepd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. polymer component comprising 70-96wt.% saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having an ethylene content of 20-60mol% and a degree of saponification of 90mol% or more and 30-4wt.% aliph. polyamide mainly comprising capramide units and having a ratio (Z) of the number of methylene groups to that of amido groups of 5.20-6.50 and a content of terminal carboxyl groups (muequivalent/g- polymer) (X) and a content of terminal amino groups (Y) satisfying the relation: Y
