<p>PURPOSE: A solution mixing device with improved mixing efficiency is provided which further improves mixing efficiency of solid additive and distilled water by installing variable blades for performing straight line motion and forward and reverse rotational motions at a lower part of mixing tank. CONSTITUTION: The solution mixing device(1) with improved mixing efficiency comprises a mixing tank(10) into which solid additive and aqueous solution are injected so that the solid additive and aqueous solution are mixed in the mixing tank(10); a circular supporting body(30) which is installed at the bottom side of the mixing tank(10), and in a circumferential direction of which a plurality of supporting pipes(32) are installed; an eccentric body of revolution(50) which is integrally and eccentrically mounted on a lower part of rotation shaft(52) rotationally supported to center of the supporting body(30) and cover of the mixing tank(10) and driven by motor(52a), and in a circumferential direction of which first guide groove(54) is formed; and a plurality of agitating blades(70) a rear part of which is supported to the first guide groove(54) of the eccentric body of revolution(50), which pass through the supporting pipes(32) of the supporting body(30), and which are installed at an end part of supporting shaft(74), wherein a spring(72) is elastically supported to the supporting shaft(74).</p> |
