PURPOSE:To provide an impregnant to be used in improving ground, etc., capable of being gelled in 10sec which has not been attained so far. CONSTITUTION:A cement slurry and an aq. aluminum sulfate soln. contg. 5-30 pts.wt. of aluminum sulfate based on 100 pts.wt. of cement in the slurry are mixed to constitute an impregnant. The gel time is reduced to several sec by using this impregnant, and further a stabilized strength is developed in a short period and kept over a long period. Consequently, this impregnant is effectively used to increase the strength of the land and mountain where there is a rapid current, the land and mountain where there are many cavities of the region needing durability. |
