PURPOSE:To enhance surface accuracy by shortening the feed distance of a green sheet to shorten the time required in drying and preventing the formation of unevenness on the surface of the green sheet. CONSTITUTION:A green sheet drying apparatus is equipped with a drying oven 1 equipped with a heater 2, the floating plate 3 having a large number of hot air blowoff ports 5 on the surface thereof and arranged in the drying oven 1 so as to have predetermined inclination high on the inlet side of the drying oven 1 and low on the outlet side thereof with respect to a horizontal surface and a hot air supply means 9 supplying hot air to the floating plate 3 and a green sheet is placed on the floating plate 3. Hot air is blown off from the blowing-off ports 5 of the floating plate 3 to float the green sheet 4 from the floating plate 3 and the green sheet 4 is passed through the drying oven 1 while fed on the inclined floating plate 3 to be dried. |
