PURPOSE: To more simply form a regular interval for accurately arranging multicolor superposed images by providing an integrated member for forming a plurality of ink channels and a plurality of ink feeders and allowing them to be spaced apart from each other by a distance corresponding to a predetermined number of ejectors spaced apart from each other at equal distances. CONSTITUTION: Each group of ejectors having a common manifold printing one color in common has an ejector-to-ejector interval corresponding to resolving power to be printed and the ejector provided in the end of each group is spaced apart from that of the adjacent group by an integral multiple of a pixel interval like 2, 4 or 8. An ink drop ejector may not provided at a skipped pixel interval and an unused ink drop ejector may be formed. If a heater or a channel is formed on silicon by etching technique, the interval between these structures can be easily achieved on a single silicon chip with an excellent regularity. |
