PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin molded product mechanical strength of which has been improved by a method wherein advantages of an injection compression molding method wherein measuring precision is good, a complicated shape can be molded, and cyclic time is short have been maintained, and breaking of reinforced-fiber is further decreased. CONSTITUTION:In a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin molded product wherein 10-50wt.% of reinforced-fiber of 5-100mm fiber length is contained, it is molded by an injection compression molding, and a thin wall thickness part of 1mm or thinner is provided, a process wherein reinforced-fiber and the thermosetting resin are made a bulk material 23 wherein the reinforced-fiber is buried in the resin, a process wherein the bulk material 23 is pushed in an injection molder 3 with a forced feeder 4, a process wherein an inside of metal molds 1, 2 set at an opening distance of 1.1 to 10 times a thickness of the molded product is filled with the bulk material by injection and a process wherein the metal molds 1, 2 are closed to carry out pressure molding, are provided. |
