PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a fold metal plate having excellent water retaining and heat insulating properties and being durable in long time use, and continuous bubble bodies capable of laminating an adhesive sheet at the same time of foaming. CONSTITUTION:A low density polyethylene foam body 1 with a thickness of 5mm comprising continuous bubbles is laminated on a metal plate 3 via an adhesive sheet 2. The polyethylene foam body 1 has a great number of small holes 11, 12 formed therein, the former 11 piercing to the front and rear surfaces thereof and the latter 12 not piercing to the rear surface thereof. The small holes 11, 12 each have a diameter of 0.3-0.8mm, and the density of the small holes is about one piece/cm<2>. The adhesive sheet 2 is impermeable and consists of etylene-vinyl acetate resin, and has a thickness of 0.07mm. The adhesive sheet 2 is put between the foam body 1 and the metal plate 3 through thermal fusion, thereby achieving an insulation between the foam body 1 and the metal plate 3 with respect to water and air. The laminated body is made into a fold metal plate by a folding work. |
