<p>PURPOSE:To provide stable frictional torque for connection of metallic surfaces to each other by way of preventing mixture and dispersion of abrasion powder on a metal friction surface by forming a recessed dent slightly smaller in width than width dimension of a friction material in the radial direction on a position facing the ring friction material on a rotor friction surface. CONSTITUTION:On a position facing a rotor friction material 19 on an amateur friction surface, a recessed dent 23 set slightly smaller in width than a rotor friction material surface 19a is formed equally balanced in the circumferential direction. Abrasion powder 22 of the friction material 19 produced by repetition of connection and disconnection is absorbed and stored in the recessed dent 23, and it is possible to prevent adhesion of the friction material abrasion powder 22 on the amateur plate friction surface 11a and formation of a shifted object. Additionally, as the recessed dent 23 does not open to rotor friction surfaces 8a, 8b, the friction material abrasion powder 22 absorbed and stored in the recessed dent 23 can be prevented from mixture and dispersion on the rotor friction surfaces 8a, 8b. Consequently, it is possible to secure stable frictional torque at a joint part of metallic surfaces to each other.</p> |
