The Setup for the Transformation of Husbandry Dung to the Manure This original work is a setup for the transformation of the most criticized husbandry dung pollution to the economically feasible use. The setup is especially effective in handling the dung pollution in the area. It applies a base unit with a special circulational filtration net (called the upper- and the lower-net) mounted on the unit top. The upper-net contains a shape rectangular declined plate and a wind cover. The interior of the wind cover contains a blower and a water adsorption apparatus. The back side of the lower-net also contains a blower (for clean up the operational residues). When the excretion material (liquid) flow through the shape declined plate it will disperse according to the local land shape. Through the transportation by the net, the liquid will come into the wind cover, being affected by the blower and the water adsorption apparatus, and instantaneously separate the liquid from the solid material. The mid-layer of the base unit also contains two cylinders to collect the excretion material and the dry dung (or, any other mixed materials) after the filtration. In addition, the lower part of the base unit is constructed with the continued spiral plates and the rotational shape horizontal stirring bars. Through the pushing by these spiral plates and the stirring, blending and mixing by the stirring bars the mixture is directly transferred into an air-tight warehouse for several days to produce the organic, the organic manure. The waste water after the filtration can use the filtrated material on the bottom of the treatment tank, in conjunction with the parallel and repeatable stirring cylinders to homogeneously and continuously mix the sewage and waste water so that the waste water (more or less contains some residues) and the solid material can be separated by either filtration or precipitation. The solid material can then be solidified to produce the piled fertilizer. The characteristics of this setup is to produce the economic manure to keep up with the husbandry activities and to avoid the environmental pollution problem. The costs for the setup is cheap (Based on the price in ten years ago, the present available setup is at NTD 2,000,000+/2,000 heads of hogs, a heavy costs for the farmer.).
